REFUND POLICY AND PAYMENT TERMS
WE BUY CARS AND WE SELL PACKAGED ADMINISTRATIVE AND CONSULTING SERVICES FOR VEHICLE OWNERS. The latter are covered by our refund policy and payment terms.
Please read our refund policy and payment terms, so you know exactly where you stand. To protect you the customer, as well us us - the supplier.
We are called AUDE CONNECT, a French company, and we are partnered with the UK company: Eurocert Limited. This web site contains links to foreign payment pages of Eurocert Limited (via www.eurocert.uk) and also native payment pages benefiting AUDE CONNECT. Your credit card receipt/invoice will state 'EUROCERT' or 'DVLAadvice'. Or you may be paying by BACS transfer to a bank account named 'EUROCERT' or a bank account named 'AUDE CONNECT', depending on which service or product you choose to buy.
1. HOW TO PAY
If you instruct us to provide a service package which includes taxing your vehicle, your Pro Forma invoice will state a price to pay us. This may include an amount for ROAD TAX (DVLA VED UK road fund licence) as part of the package we are supplying and also, or separately, our handling charge (to cover staff and our overheads). It will state the payment options (ways to pay).
2. REFUND POLICY
After your order and payment, you will be offered a 14-day cooling-off period in which to change your mind. If you ask us to waive that and start (tax your vehicle or provide a service) immediately, the 14-day refund shall no longer be an option. Why? because we shall have started paid work and may have paid your road tax.
3. TERMS OF SALE
Services bought on this web site using payment buttons and forms will be deemed firm orders and may be refunded only by way of number [2] above. For special and comprehensive 'bespoke' services, we will quote you a price, on a Pro Forma Quotation Invoice. Acceptance will be by way of payment of said quotation invoice. Being a bespoke service, there will not be any recourse to a full refund using a cooling-off period (not applicable).
4. PROOF OF SUPPLY
For services which include taxing of a vehicle as part of a packaged service that we provide, on request - we will send you a statement stating when the vehicle will be taxed until (end date). You will be able to verify the taxed status of the vehicle on the DVLA web portal, available as a public record. Please note it usually takes a few days for taxation to show up on the vehicle's page on the DVLA Vehicle Check web portal.
